This place offered reasonable prices. We had a good stay in Warlingham right by Warlingham which was a 5 minute taxi ride away, bus stop or station and the shops. It was handy in the middle of the city. The beds were extremely comfy to sleep in.
No parking.

it had a marvellous setting next to a bus stop, the shops, and warlingham which was a 5 minute taxi ride away. a coffee maker, refrigerators and kitchenware etc were provided.

Marvellous and stunning location short walk to Warlingham which was a 5 minute taxi ride away, a bus stop and the shops, everything perfect. Nice welcome from owner. Magnificent views from the apartment. Bathtubs, a shower and bath sheets available. A handy kitchenette with appliances. Good price, exceeded all expectations...

I recently stayed at the charming Studio Garden Flat for a short break. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided an abundance of amenities that went above and beyond what you would typically find at a hotel. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and boasted stunning views from the patio door. It was cozy and quiet, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful location. The flat had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a bath, and tea and coffee supplies. The host, Fabian, went above and beyond by providing breakfast items like cereal, milk, bread, and spreads. The cleanliness, peacefulness, and privacy of the room were also top-notch. a great experience with a friendly and accommodating host.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We loved our stay at this charming garden flat. the location was breathtakingly beautiful, offering us a peaceful escape from the city. the flat itself had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. the bath was a welcome treat after a long day of exploring, and the provision of tea, coffee, and milk was a thoughtful touch. Fabian even went above and beyond by providing us with a breakfast spread, complete with cereal, bread, and spreads. the hospitality and accommodation exceeded our expectations as foreign tourists.
Felt great, no reason to complain.
